BEIJING , Oct. 2 (Xinhua) -- China will see mild inflation increase in September and the remaining months of the year because of food prices and a weakening carry-over effect, Bank of Communications economist Lian Ping forecast.
Lian expected the consumer price index (CPI), a main gauge of consumer inflation, to rise 1.6 percent year on year in September, down from the 1.8-percent growth recorded in August.
Lian attributed the lower growth to easing food prices since the middle of last month, which ended a rebound in August on the back of adverse weather.
Food prices are unlikely to see large increases during the rest of the year, while a carry-over effect from last year would phase out after reaching this year's peak in June , leading to lower CPI growth, Lian said.
CPI climbed 1.5 percent from one year earlier for January-August, below the government's annual inflation regulation target of around 3 percent for 2017.
The country is scheduled to release the CPI and producer price index data for Sept. on Oct. 16.
When one has cervical cancer, there are a number of symptoms that can cause great discomfort to themselves. The common symptoms of cervical cancer include nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, difficulty sleeping , fatigue, urination problems, and hair loss. Along with that, cervical cancer patients can be emotionally affected. However, there are several ways to remedy the symptoms to relieve their self.
Nausea or vomiting
This is one of the symptoms you can reduce if you catch its early signs quick enough to take action against. The early signs are usually dehydration, which can come in the form of dry mouth, sticky saliva , and reduced, but dark yellow urine. Especially among older women, nausea and vomiting is common after treatment. Ask your doctor to prescribe you medicine to relieve this symptom.
When this occurs, you should rest your stomach and stay alert for signs of dehydration as mentioned previously. Do consult your doctor on which non-prescriptive medicines are alright to use.
The best way to combat constipation is to drink plenty of fluid and include foods that contain water in your diet, like fruits, vegetables, and fiber. Only use laxative under your doctor’s orders.
If you have difficulty sleeping , although the results may not be instantaneous, but following a regular bedtime would be beneficial, especially with the some exercise during the day to tire you off. And if you are a caffeine lover, you would need to forgo your cravings especially during the late part of the day.
If you feel that you tire too easily and do not have energy to do a lot of things you previously could, make it a habit to rest more, while adopting a balanced diet and making it a point to de-stress.
With cervical cancer plus the treatment, you may have difficulty urinating or is painful doing so. To relieve this problem , it helps to stop the consumption of caffeine in your diet and stick to an urination schedule every 3 to 4 hours even if you do not feel the urge. Once your body has adapted to the schedule, your body may naturally adapt to it.
While you cannot prevent this from happening, you can prevent your scalp from becoming uncomfortable and irritated. Stop using strong hair products as they can damage your hair. Go for mild shampoos instead.
Knowing that you have cervical cancer can be very stressful and frustrating, especially when you are constantly reminded by the symptoms of cervical cancer. Instead of bottling up your feelings, learn how you can express your thoughts and feelings positively as expressing them negatively might just make you more emotional thinking the cancer as a negative effect. You can also participate in support groups where you can feel understood, and learn relaxation techniques as well. Taking your time to change your perceptions positively can be uplifting.

MOSCOW, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) -- European Union (EU) sanctions against Russia undermines the peace process to solve the Ukraine crisis, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Friday.
"As the peace process in Ukraine is going on track, such decisions mean that the EU chose to disrupt it," Lavrov said in an interview with Russia's TV channel Russia 1.
Russia would react to the sanctions "in a calm and appropriate way, to protect its own interests in the first hand," the Interfax news agency quoted the minister as saying.
Rostec , Russia's state-controlled defense-industrial conglomerate, said later that the sanctions would not affect the company's operations and sales, while Russian state-owned Sberbank said major Russian banks would hardly be impacted.
Earlier in the day, the EU announced that further restrictive measures against Russia's financial, defense and energy sectors came into force Friday morning upon the publication of the legal acts in the EU Official Journal.
Russia's presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov reite.
