Coming off the last VaporMax Utility launch of white and black, we’re now getting a burgundy shade you cam mix into your rotation. For a more minimal design, we are also seeing the VaporMax Moc in a celestial teal. Both of these styles have the latest innovation for Air Max and will compliment your daily fall style.
As one of the most radical innovations for Nike in recent times, the Nike Air VaporMax has skyrocketed in popularity, with early versions showing mixed mesh and synthetic overlays, and later producing a “wow” factor, merging Flyknit technology into the designs.
Nike releases the VaporMax Flyknit in an all-new Red execution. This model runs the gamut in terms of comfortability and style by featuring a fully breathable Flyknit upper accented with a sock-like collar to ensure a premium fit. The Flywire technology can be found on the side panels leading up to the eyelets providing a locked-down secure wear, while the lightweight taped Swoosh offers added style. Other elements include - the tonal flat cotton laces accented with VaporMax branded aglets, the taped Nike branding on the tongue, all while sitting atop a 360 degree fully visible Air-Sole unit that generates a smooth ride and a rubber outsole which provides added grip.
Throughout their history, Nike have been partial to adding a bit of animal inspired print to their releases, and this time the brand’s most innovative runner to date, the Air VaporMax, gets the zebra print treatment. We’ll examine this shortly, but first, a look back at the pioneering technology that led to the birth of the model.
